I was just interviewing the director of the werewolf / western hybrid “Blood Moon” (shot in Kent!) and I was reminded of my visit to the locations used in many classic spaghetti westerns.

I’ve decided to share these great memories once again. Many of the places pictured probably no longer exist, since very little effort went into preserving these historic sites. Some of the images I captured may be the final documents of a classic era in cinema.
