In this action-packed remake of Pier Paolo Pasolini’s ‘Teorema’, a blue-eyed stranger shakes up a middle class family whilst evading the military on route to his ultimate goal in life – to become a fireman.

Verdict: top-shelf 80’s style action that overcomes clichés and delivers solid entertainment.

  1. I’m not usually one of those ‘against-the-grain’ people, but I found this film utterly predictable and incidental. I liked Dan Stevens, but it felt like a recycled version of something much better.
