A struggling author, whose pushy agent would give his right arm for a hit book, plans a quiet retreat to his ancestral home but his plan goes awry when his mobile fails, locals leave their clothes behind, his grandmother turns on the Wolfgang, and he witnesses a distant relative eating finger foods.
Verdict: Highly enjoyable and truly funny Spanish horror comedy with high production values, a snappy script, and great old-school make-up effects – none of that CGI rubbish!
