It’s good to see a woman breaking age-related stereotypes and continuing to do what makes her happy, despite what others may think. Have you noticed that almost EVERY article in Metro tells you the age of the people involved? This holds particularly true for any image of a man and a woman standing together. Why is that? What is this fascination with age? Why is it so important that people know the age of each person in the news – is it so they can dismiss them outright? So they can mock them? So they can feel better about themselves? Anyway, I admire this 73-year-old topless model’s tenacity. Unfortunately, what the article fails to mention is she has not worked since 1958; but it’s the thought that counts.
